I saw this graffiti on a building while I was wandering around Tobacco Road and absolutely had to take pictures. It’s my mantra. Sometimes I have 15 solutions before the problem is even defined, but yes, I like to make things happen. Blogging Second Life is an example of that. So is Second Sites. Blogging Second Life is a site I started with Evelyn Hartson, combining compendia of blogs, stores and creators directories and a database of bloggers who accept review copies. Second Sites is a sim travel blog that allows all of you to upload your own SL travel pictures to and help build a resource for picture-taking.
Today I am wearing the preppy skirt from Molichino. It’s a cute design and I love the little faux peplum detail at the waist. It comes in a lovely array of colors, though I chose this purple because the color looked so rich. I wish, however, that it was textured on the inside and not left as alpha. I know that more than half the mesh creators do this, but I really wish they would not. I like shooting from different angles and would be happy if it were simply painted black on the inside to suggest shadows instead of left alpha. The top is from Maitreya, the silk tie blouse that was one of her early mesh releases.
I added the new Santigold pumps from Baiastice. I love their very modern shape and their rich colors.
The hair is from Burley and the skin is from Glam Affair. The skin is not quite this yellow, that’s coming from the street lights on the sim.
