One of the exciting finds at IFW10 was Purple Moon’s Uma gown that includes wildly avant garde white hair. That inspired me to multiply the white elements to the ultimate degree. Not only are the clothing and accessories white, but the skin is porcelain, but trumping all that, I used Dare’s White poses. Now, I confess I chose them for the conceit of a multiplicity of White, but also because they are highly editorial and would add to that sensibility for the shoot.

I hopped on over to The Quiet – and found a quiet corner. The starkness of the landscape adds a dramatic element that always draws me in.

The outfit can be worn two ways – with the dotted voile bodysuit underneath or….

without! The shoes are from Adam n Eve – the Marie shoes in Ice White.

Some of the extraordinary details include the lovely chained belt with florets, the gloves and the little fringe attachment at the wrist, the fabulous harlequin collar and of course, the extraordinary hair.

The only jewelry I added were the lovely crystal earrings from Kraftika. The skin is the Antoinette tone from Sn@tch’s Wicked line. I love how the pink cheeks reflect the effect of the cold air at the Quiet and the porcelain quality blends but is not lost in the dress. This stylized makeup is perfect for this dress and the effect I wanted.
