There is nothing like an afternoon at the beach to wash away all my worldly cares. The skies were a little threatening but that didn’t stop the ass slappers and canoodlers going at it all around. I opted for a drink at the bar and to sit and just relax, listening to the crashing surf.
I should start surfing. Maybe that can be my new hobby? What do you think?

Since I was enjoying Little Santorini, I decided to stay a few extra days. I wandered along the narrow passages and found the artists corner. Isn’t it lovely? For the occasion, I was wearing the lovely new dress from Amias, found at the new Cosmopolitan Event, as well as the very cute glasses from Deep Static. Yummy rings, a Kunglers’ necklace and my old but still amazing shoes from The Secret Store perfectly compliment my outfit.
I think Heaux is my new favourite skin store in SL. Everything they make is so pretty! Both new skins at the new Blanc. Event are simply perfect. You might want to try the demos though, as one of them (Rowan, worn here) works with Glam Affair’s latest body skins and the other one requires the Velour skin.

I love exploring so early this morning I set out to wander the coast in search of a cup of coffee and some fresh air. I wasn’t disappointed in my adventures except by one thing.
These birds man, they are horrible. You can’t see the birds? Well they are those blobby grey things. I rebaked every texture on the grid trying to improve them. I fiddled with settings, I tweaked this or that I can say with confidence that this is as good as these birds get.
Bear coffee? Delicious! Birds? Bleh.
After my wake me up I went out and grabbed some necessities for dinner.
When one starts sorting their inventory, one of two things can happen : either one finds adorable things that perfectly match one another, or one gets lost in the neverending mess and ends up hours later, bald, with mismatched head and body skin, green lips, purple skirt, a flip-flop on one foot and a ski boot on the other, holding a penis thrower from circa 2008. Let’s be honest, the odds of the first happening are not good.
Today, however, a miracle happened. I was going through an old folder and stumbled upon that very cute head band from Chocolate Atelier, and it was going perfectly with my hair, cute earrings from Euphorie, and so on and so forth…
The only thing I couldn’t seem to find was make-up, mostly because most of what I own (a lot) isn’t made for EvoX. So I went to Shiny Stuffs and found exactly what I needed.

Good Morning lovelies. I have a delicious cup of hot coffee and it’s a great day. I love waking up on Bellisseria, I have to admit I’m going to be hard pressed to ever leave this spot. It’s a perfect, peaceful little world here and I’m eternally grateful for it. I have been strongly considering changing my house to a different model, but then that sounds like SO MUCH WORK I don’t know that I can be bothered. Do you ever get like that? I after all, it’s Sunday and I don’t want to DO anything I just want to luxuriate in the beach worlds of the grid.
And where better to do that than over at Rainbow Reef? I haven’t logged in for a couple of weeks and I’ve missed the free drinks and gorgeous views, not to mention the surfing and general great vibe of the place.
Take my keys, I can’t drive home.
I threw on a crown and headed over. I hope my favorite bartender is working. I’m planning to make it a long, lazy afternoon of cold beverages and sun. Could there be a better Sunday? Maybe, but I’m too tired today to think of anything that would top it.

I popped over to this London sim that is on the Destination Guide but found it gutted with divas striking poses all over the faux English square. Can’t so much as get a shot of a double decker bus without someone else there shooting – and truly – good for them.
I think it’s fun that the destination guide draws folks to places so we can experience what is lovely – it’s rather lovely to celebrate someone’s work this way!
Since I am here, there is no reason not to celebrate their success with a sweet – don’t you agree? I can’t decide between cupcake and macaron, however.
You might notice that I’m wearing the same hair again. Ever just FALL IN LOVE with a hair? Well that’s where I am. I decree all of Kavar’s hair has to be this amazing going forward – the bar has been set. This is so perfect. I don’t want to stop wearing it.

I’ve done a bit of wandering today. I couldn’t figure out why I was only bringing up some really lame locations from search. I love to just search random terms and see where I end up. It turns out my search wasn’t logged in properly and I was only bringing up G rated locations. There are so many amazing builds across the grid, I never know where I’m going to end up. This little shanty town offered a lovely waterfront view as well as some snacks and games.
It looks like amphibious plane is the best way to get here if you can’t teleport in. Adventure abounds in this spot.
I’ve had such a good time exploring this location. I love this bird. I kinda want it.
