It started off like a fashion blog might. I took some shots of a lovely cocktail ring from Maxi Gossamer. I was delighted that it sits next to my wedding ring – I LOVE wearing more than one ring.

Then I shot the shoes.

And I had this THOUGHT! I’d do a THEN AND NOW OF THE STILETTOS OF MY SL.

Because, the world has changed. I dug into my inventory with glee planning to show you how far we’d come when I realized – I’d deleted them in a rare inventory purge. Which is sad, because they were really something. I’d gotten them in a freebie box at this place that had tons of free or cheap furniture and you could game there. YEAH that’s how long ago I got them. I looked on MP, so great was my zeal to show them to you, but alas, the great MAGIC BOX SUNDERING of 2013 must have obliterated them all.

So, next idea. 

In RL I would fall down and die in such shoes. But in SL – WHAT could I do, in such amazing shoes? Well, it turns out – they’re like tampons. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING IN THEM! (FOREIGNERS – THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY LIKE TAMPONS THATS A REFERENCE TO OLD U.S. TAMPON COMMERCIALS – FYI)

The first thing I did was pop over to the makeup counter at a new to me store I saw on the feeds called The Sugar Garden. They have an adorable skin in their VIP group for a gift, and several other REALLY cute things. However, the blogger that covered it said that the VIP group was free to join – and no, you fibber, it is NOT. it’s $L350. Check your facts yo. It is CUTE enough to warrant paying 350 because – hello SKIN. But don’t misrepresent.

Also – I thought that said Bad Bush eyebrows when I was in world. I found that confusing.

There was an adorable photobooth that I couldn’t actually get to work properly. So I winged it. I’m saying something in another language. I hope it’s not offensive.

I was pretty hungry after a morning of exploring this new shop, so popped over to a food stall for some sushi and soup.

So much walking already, and my feet don’t HURT A BIT! It’s probably because these shoes are made specially for my amazing feet, don’t you think? I do. Plus I think they have Dr Scholl’s gel inserts put in them.

I would’ve just enjoyed my tea and called it a day but….I spied a free sailboat…

Add sailing to the list of things you can do in stilettos.
