Every year I knew I would get one hand-knit sweater from Santa for Christmas. Mom was a master of the nordic knitwear and she knit me mittens, socks, caps and scarves, but the sweaters were from Santa, so they were special. She didn’t stick to the traditional colors either. I remember one in particular, it was pink, grey and white and was my absolute favorite of all time. Mom’s sweaters had metal buttons and sometimes frog closures, but she did make a black, grey and red one with a zipper for me. For this reason, I have found the Aoharu releases of
Nordic knitwear absolutely irresistible. It’s almost like getting a present from Santa.
With this outfit, I wore the brown sweater and a brown turtleneck, both from Aoharu. The boots are from Anexx – an Aoharu enterprise. One note about the boots, they are resizable and you should resize them as the feet are much too small for most AVs, but be sure to do it before you add the invisiprims so you can select the right piece to resize. The pants are Armidi – my go-to-place for staples.
Nothing sets off some luscious Nordic Knits like some Indian Jewelry – such as these lovely pieces from Zaara. Actually, I chose these pieces to reflect the curve of the yoke on the turtleneck. The hair is a fun riotous style from Boon.
That marvelous group gift from Belleza – the Alyson skin – just makes me happy. I am eager for its release in January.

Where cam I buy a nordic knit coat for myself?
At Aoharu – as in the credits in the post.
No like a proper one,
What do you mean a proper one?
There’s Norweigian Sweaters or you can make your own with patterns from Nordic Needle
in Fargo. It does mail order and has lots of patterns and stuff. I think my family must go there once a month at least.
