Sascha Frangilli of Sascha’s designs is by far one of my favorite evening and cocktail gown creators. She’s never afraid to embrace embellishment on a grand scale and her NOVICE gown is no exception. Wearing a mink stole in keeping with the fall color of this one, I’m feeling gorgeous in this exceptional cocktail dress.
But like ALL of Sascha’s creations, she gives you oodles of skirt options – only SOME of which I’ll show you or I’d never be done posting.
In the extraordinary Cognac color I’m bringing you the least amount of fabric and the MOST – from the cocktail length to the full on battleship skirt.
I also shot the lavender for this post, adding one of Cajsa’s ermine stoles – I look just like a princess.
I think one of my favorite things about Sascha’s designs is that she creates top end fashions, with tons of skirt options plus layers – and her prices are completely reasonable. Unlike some designers where you might fall in love and then go WOW that’s really more than I want to spend……..Sascha keeps in mind that everyone deserves gorgeous gowns and prices her work accordingly.
I think it’s lovely of her.
These gorgeous legs are from Sachi Vixen and are part of her skin from Adam and Eve – Siren – in Mossy. Sachi makes some of the sexiest legs on the grid, in my opinion. It’s actually how I met her – I complimented her legs at a party at Zaara! Turns out – they were here own.
This is a gorgeous look at the bodice and again, the battleship skirt. I seriously have to get Silo to take me dancing more often.
Style Notes
- Shape – Gidge Custom Shape by Hatchy Mills
- Skin – Adam N Eve- Siren in Mossy
- Hair – ETD – Aveda – Short Crop in Champagne
- Dresses – Sascha’s Designs – Novice in Cognac and Lavender
- Shoes – Stiletto Moody – Mary Jane Pop Sandals
That’s what big-skirt gowns like these are for: to sweep everyone off their feet as you whirl around the floor. But the cocktail options are also delightful.
