So the question, when going to Rouge for the 1 year anniversary, is really – WHAT TO FECKIN WEAR? I mean, it was a burlesque theme. So, something sexy, something HAWT was truly in order. But what.
Taps table. Thinks. Lingerie…..it’s just so…….oh hell it’s been done and then some but then what to wear?
I spent my evening time getting dressed and pulling out my hair trying to nail down exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t until I went to Callie Cline with Silo, my husband who is often times a mech and who wanted a Boa to wear, that I SPIED IT.
GALAXY GIRL by Callie Cline exactly fit the bill. Plus it came in red, and matched my old RainBowa so WIN.
You got a glimpse of the burlesque show on Cajsa’s post previously (if you did not – the scroll bar is your friend!) and it was a great time with friends old and new. If you have never been to a Rouge event, there is one every Thursday night usually. They are so much fun it hurts.
I’m not going to say what it hurts – that’s for you to find out.
If You Are Wondering About The Title….It’s A Small Homage to Gabby Panacek with whom I spent an afternoon splitting our sides over this story. And no mental illness isn’t funny – unless it IS.
I WAS BORN THE BIGGEST HAT IN THE WORLD – DON’T MESS WITH ME!
