I love layers. Depending what sort of top you put under a sweater you can go from punk to rocker to ultra-chic to sweetly romantic as in this lovely cream ruffled lace blouse here.  The sweater is almost a frame for whatever mood you want to hang it on.

I wore dressy wool pants with the sweater which is what motivated me to look for a dressier top to wear underneath than my usual camisole. The ruffled lace top from MNK was exactly what I was looking for.

The shoes are from Shiny Things. I wore this exact outfit in real life yesterday except for the shoes…I did wear ankle boots but in RL they sadly had to be black. There are no super deal fat packs in RL and my budget just doesn’t go as far in dollars as it does in lindens.

The necklace is from Little Reasons and the earrings from Opium. They both came in sets with corresponding pieces but I liked the contrast more than matching a complete set.
