So Gidge said I look like a futuristic rock chick in this dress – I suppose it’s the epaullets. I wonder if they are properly called epaullets when they are on a floral print drop dead gorgeous dress and not on a uniform.  I will call them epaullets because it sounds so much more official than doodads and much more attractive than exo-skeleton or shoulder pads on the outside or wing-dings. Whatever you decided to call them, you ahve to admit they give this dress a marvelous profile.

This dress is outrageously sexy with a figure-skimming silhouette, not one bit subtle open bodice front and back, skirt slit ont he side up to there and then a lovely little ruffle on the back to accentuate your sexy walk and other attributes. Every possible enhancement to up the sex appeal was added and yet it never slips within 100 miles of vulgar.

Emeriselle Theas, the designer of Orchid Dreams, who created this dress is a magician. Look, even lying down the dress looks hot and I didn’t even fiddle with the prims to make them stay.  This pose also shows off the lusciously orchid color of the Shiny Things shoes.

Now, in this pose, you can see how this dress would be great for dancing – the salsa, the tango, the merengue. with the side slit skirt, you also get your skirt textures preserved during some of the more wide stepping dancings. Just be sure to wear some lingerie as this comes with no glitch pants. I happened to be wearing the purple cashmere glitch pants from Pixel Dolls and  they were an ideal match, but if you haven’t got purple or moss glitch pants, just make your own.

I thought the raspberry lips on the PXL creatoins skin and the lovely purple melange earrings coordinate beautifully with the colors of the flowers in the print.

So, let’s change the tune from the year 2525 to I Feel Like Dancing…

I feel like dancing dancing dance the night away
I feel like dancing dancing ahhh
quarter to four in the morning
I ain’t feeling tired no no no no no

    Another great post, Caj, and I had to run right out and buy the purple and the black versions. A great bargain for 100 lindens each. I always enjoy your blog entries. You really help a new SL girl find some very great looks at pretty reasonable prices.

    I always wonder if I should include the cost in my posts. Especially with a great find like this – at only 100 lindens or the very couture look of today’s dress at only 300 lindens…I don’t know the answer.
