Happy Saturday my lovelies. How is your morning finding you? I’m trying to get my act together to have a productive day. So far I’ve managed to get out of bed, that’s a start right?

Did you run not walk over to Pink Fuel to pick up her new Millie Skin plus the new special version for 95L ? I mean – why not? It’s perfect for you – AND for your ALT. I’m tickled to have new Pink Fuel.

Is it silly that I feel VERY motivated by this calendar I bought? I do! Today I’m supposed to think on what I am grateful for. Well I’m grateful for new Pink Fuel. I’m grateful for my amazing home here in SL and this silly little Pom.

I could NOT resist on this, the anniversary of IOF’s 13th year, to wear this freebie outfit I got at Shop n Hop for Christmas.

I love the Shop n Hop events. I roll through them like a kid in a candy store. I love finding new stores and grabbing freebies to see what folks are giving out, and buying things that I don’t need just because I want them.

I used to have a friend in SL who said Need wasn’t a word we used.

You might think I’m insulting this outfit, but I’m not. It’s well made. It comes with several color options and frankly, it’s cute! I like it. I was tickled to find it in the box as a gift, and felt like today was just the perfect day to wear it.

I am also wearing a skin from YS & YS whom I haven’t worn in a while and I love it. It’s a wonderful free gift also from Shop n Hop.

I have had this big empty room ever since I moved in to this house. It’s the second bedroom but I don’t love my ALT enough to outfit her a bedroom. I couldn’t decide what to DO with the room though. It just doesn’t say BATHROOM to me, and given it’s size I have wondered for some time what to do with it.

That’s when I thought of it, the old NEW YEAR NEW ME bs yet, I could definitely use to start being more mindful about my avatar health. Let’s face it, I eat a LOT. It’s time to burn some calories.

After that I decided I’ve got to eat but I went a bit lighter tonight. Don’t judge me, I earned this wine.

There’s not a lot going on, but I’m okay with that. Sometimes it’s ok to embrace your inner sloth – right? I think so.

After a while I began to think I should make a run for some more wine, if I’m going to be a lazy bum I should at least have some wine right?

Oh it looks like rain. I hope I make it!

Sunday Afternoon Supply Run

I needed to run out to pick up a few things today and decided I’d stop at my favorite beauty supply shop. It might not look like much, but it’s got it where it counts, kid.

After I’d grabbed a few necessities I decided to find a lunch counter to grab a quick bite. Interestingly, a found a place that had a vending machine lunch and so I decided to give that a whirl. You KNOW how much I love to eat. Plus I love fun cafes, so this had everything I was looking for!

The portion sizes I got back in exchange for my vending machine ticket were CRAZY! Am I supposed to eat all of this? Well I’ll give it a whirl! A little of this, a little of that, what a perfect treat on my shopping trip.

Now what to do with the rest of my day?

Saturday Night At Pizza Planet

I decided I’d been cooped up in my little house for too dang long and that I needed to get out. I love places that have THINGS to do and Pizza Planet does NOT dissapoint.

I decided to start out with a burrito for an appetizer. Excuse me – beans you know!

I decided to shoot some hoops and was NOT disappointed with the ticket rewards. I just knew I was going to nab a great prize at the end of my evening.

Skeeball again called upon skills of my youth but I can share that I did not embarrass myself.

I was ready to go pick out a prize when I spotted… THE CLAW

At that moment I decided I’ll save up my tickets to get a BIG prize another time, because thanks to THE CLAW I have a new adopted son. Don’t you love him?

Maybe I’ll build him a room in my house?

Who knows. All I know is, he’s adorable and he’s exactly what you need when you visit Pizza Planet.

Happily a Bellesserite

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about my lovely Linden Home. The STILT homes are on the horizon, and once upon a time I HAD a stilt home (built by Funky Junk) and I truly LOVED it. I loved just being on the water, and it was a happy time.

But really, I’ve got a little corner of paradise. I live here in an awesome spot on THE ELMS and a place I call Elms Sea and really, my view is unparalleled and my neighbors are quiet (no satan alters at this spot) and so can I complain?

No. I can’t.

I chose the one story model as it’s the best vic for me and my overwhelming need to decorate. I can’t have a bunch of EMPTY ROOMS darnit. I need to fill every room and while I LOVE the big houses, I always desperately want to decorate and fill all the rooms and while my prim allotment is generous it’s not enough. I need more.

Plus I need knicknacks everywhere. So you see, a two story just wasn’t going to get it.

I’ve been here a while, long enough for it to start to feel like home. Can you be in love with your little home space? I kind of am.

Also things rings from Yummy. She truly makes the best rings on the grid. Are you wearing them? No? Why?

Making Christmas

Hello lovelies. If you’ve been locked in a cave or trapped under something heavy you may have missed the news that Lelutka is offering a new head for group members, for free. You can pick up a male and female head just for the having, and I do have to admit, I might like this one the best of any I’ve gotten in 2020. It wasn’t hard to get her face in shape for a Gidgey type look either.

How are you decorating for Christmas? Do you buy gifts for your SL friends? I popped over to the ARCADE and pulled levers for gifts for friends which was fun. A cream doggie for Gogo (already gave it – no worries). A Black and Tan doggo for Dancien, something fun and RARE for Kitty. I also grabbed a few delightful hampers for some friends—it was a successful shopping trip, and I couldn’t wait so I already gave some away. I know I’m silly, but still – I love Christmas.

I’m in the middle of decorating my home and I’m using mostly old decor items this year because they are traditional to me and my SLife. Do you have traditions in SL? I like having items I do every year. It makes my SLife have more of a narrative which makes me happy.

We are winding up for the holidays – I bet there have been “Baby it’s Cold Outside” posts already.
