It is snowing in Second Life® and warm weather clothing is not only de rigueur, it is downright a necessity. The December collection at Collabor88 is your winter outfitters headquarters with all kinds of outwear options. I decided to mix up a few pieces, taking these gorgeous wool trousers from Baiastice and the lovely wool sweater, jacket and scarf from The Secret Store. There are multiple color options so you can mix and match enough outfits for the entire month – they all look great together. I went for a monochromatic white, grey and black look.
I was over at 3D Trees and saw a gorgeous winter tableau and discovered it is only available on Marketplace. The setting for these pictures, which is larger than what appears in the photos, is only 290 lindens and only on Marketplace. If you are looking for affordable landscaping, 3d Trees is a great place to start. The owls and the reindeer are part of the heartwarming collection of animals by Ispachi for The Arcade.
I removed the scarf so you can see the sweater and coat combo from The Secret Store more clearly. I love the details such as the stitching around the collar.
My skin is the radiant Amberly II from Glam Affair for Collabor88 and the hair is irresistibly adorable. Called Snowbunny, for obvious reasons, it can be worn without the bunnies, but why? You can opt for animated bunnies who wiggle their ears – and why not?
