After Gidge’s said Get Thee To Japan Fair the other day, I knew I better head over to Japan Fair as soon as possible. Japan Fair is raising money for ShelterBox a charity that helps people who are displaced whether by natural disasters or the manmade disaster of political violence providing them with a box containing emergency supplies necessary for survival. They do amazing work all around the world and deserve your support.
However, there’s ample reason to go in addition to supporting ShelterBox. These boots, for example, are reason enough for a trip to the fair. From Coco, you can wear them with or without socks. They come in several colors but given it’s springtime, I opted for the lovely blue.
Over at Collabor88, there’s an adorable dress and sweater combo that you will want to pick up. Actually, it is more like a dozen dresses with a sweater combo. The dress is sold in several sweater colors, a watercolor rainbow. Then there are two HUDS that allow you to change the belt and the dress textures. There must be a dozen or more options for the dress, mostly a wide variety of floral prints, though I opted for this simple white on white print so my new cowboy boots could play the starring role.
I added earrings from Crystal Line that I picked up at Japan Fair and this lovely long necklace from Yummy that you can find at Collabor88. My hair is from Dura, where there are several great styles on offer at Japan Fair.
I could not resist the oh-so-fun and adorable glasses from Yummy for Collabor88 and here you get a closer look at the earrings from Crystal Line. My manicure is from FLAIR for my Slink hands and my the lovely skin is from Glam Affair for Collabor88.
