Cold Nights and Predictable Books

Comfy and Fine

Despite my wishes, the cold air returned, causing me to thank the Lindens for my fire place and making me turn up that furnace too for a cozy night in. I didn’t feel like anything, certainly not plugging into the world and talking to anyone.

I have a new to me Stephen King collection of short stories that I’m reading. I’m stuck on one, that is either predictable and boring or about to be absolutely terrifying at the next page turn. I don’t know which.

A Good Book

I heard recently there are too many blonde bloggers. Hmmmm. Maybe there are. I don’t know. I like other colors so decided to wear Truth’s carob. It reminds me of the carob powder my parents used to make me drink because it was allegedly good for me. I have no idea if this is true.
Sometimes, I Just Am

I had nothing to do and all night to do it.

It really was a perfect night. Even if I did have to quit reading that book because the scary really was getting ready to happen.
