Mixing It Up

So I put on this adorable little wispy, puffy dress from Gigi Couture and thought that despite how adorable it was, I was in the mood for something different. I liked the colors though and decided to just mess around with trying some different skirts. One of the first I tried was skirt from ALB Dream Fashion in cerise. It comes with a white or cerise belt and I chose the cerise.

Here you can see the dress as it is intended to be worn – and the dark pink Aphrodite Creations pumps I wore with it.

Here you can see it with the ALB skirt which is beautifully made of lace prims and a system skirt. It’s a great mix and match skirt because it’s high enough to go with any top – even ones that don’t extend lower with underwear layers.

I added the bold jewelry from LeeZu Baxter – the Vero jewelry set in Rose Quartz. The hair flower is from Amrita – a fabulous fat pack of many colored attachments designed to go with this particular Ea hairstyle from Amrita – though they actually go with lots of different hairs.

The Ea hair from Amrita is a short bob that has been done extraordinarily well – with the bangs long enough to  need a trim soon – but not over the eyes.  I love the few bits of fly away hair – so much better than the rigid perfection of many bob styles.

The skin is one of the soon-to-be-released Infinity Skins by Annyka Bekkers. This one is Carmen – the lightest of the three shades in that face design. Like the others in this marvelous series, the attention to detail is stunning.
