I thought I might offer up something not-pink on this pinkest day of the year – just for those whose eyes need a break from sugar and spice and everything nice. Not that this isn’t nice. It’s better than nice, it’s delicious, but deliciously spicy not deliciously sweet. You can only eat so much candy before you really, really need a good casserole – so to speak. The foundation of this outfit is the Angie dress from Dutch Touch in blue and lime – wonderful colors to work with and so not pink.
With it, I am wearing tartan tights from !*G^G*! – and honestly, that name irritates me – but I guess trying to type an annoying name is worth it for tights that are this cute. The Dune boots from Maitreya are not only the right color blue, they have the soft comfortable, casual feeling this dress needs.
The Knotty Beads Necklace, Earrings and Bracelet from EarthStones look great in Moss Agate as do the Yak & Yeti wax bangles. Don’t forget that everything at Yak & Yeti is free. The hair is from Celestial Studios, a nice casual bun with a great color changing hat. I chose the white tint in the color-script and then tinted it olive.
