Simple Chic

It’s easy to pull together a simple, chic look in just a moment’s notice, just have a handy-dandy all-purpose high-waisted pencil skirt on hand. One in a neutral color will work with just about any blouse you care to throw at it. In this case, I didn’t go neutral as I have more than one of the super wonderful Little Rebel ruched pencil skirts. When I pulled out this pucci-pop top from Le Petite Fleur, I opted for the orange skirt.

I wanted to look nice as I was popping over for a  quick peek at elros tuominen’s newest installation – a temporary display that came down after a few short hours. Here’s a photo of me in the corner – but this was football field sized.

The skin is from Tuli- Elizabeth Enticing and how well named is that? The hair is Analog Dog’s milli and sure to be a grid favorite soon.  Jewelry is from Kraftika and shoes the wonderful ribbon lace sandals from H&U.

Thanks, the hair in the post before was also Analog Dog. I cannot think of any stylist who produces such great contrast in design, from the tight curls of Madison, to the almost Laqroki like sheen of others to the feathery lightness of this milli and its styling-sisters and then the tight, smooth control of yesterday’s Tune. Really a wide-ranging set of creations at AD.
