Ruby

Is there anything sexier that a form-fitting, softly-flowing jersey sheath with a pencil skirt? This black and white print sheath makes a good argument that there is not.  Sexy, chic and simple, who could ask for more that this gorgeous dress from Little Rebel. It makes me think of the lyrics from Ruby.

Youve painted up your lips and rolled and curled your tinted hair.
Ruby are you contemplating going out somewhere?

Forty Four Degrees? <3 Gloves

I have been experimenting with coming into work 3 hours earlier than usual at 5:30 AM. It’s a surreal time of the morning. The streets are empty and all the coffeeshops are closed. My early morning ritual latte before the bus where I would ponder which of four coffeeshops to choose no longer an option. In this case, I didn’t go neutral as I have more than one of the super wonderful Little Rebel ruched pencil skirts. When I pulled out this pucci-pop top from Le Petite Fleur, I opted for the orange skirt.

I made a lovely visit to the Gion sim this weekend and found this gorgeous walkway through a stand of bamboo. I could not resist stopping for some photos. Luckily I was dressed for shooting in this lovely high-waisted ruched skirt from Little Rebel and lovely ruffled top from Frangipani Designs.

Drat That ARC!

So the designing mastermind Sissie Pessoa has a fashion show yesterday @ 1 PM SLT. I planned to go and when I checked the notice, I saw there was a dress code requiring black. So I started dressing and I thought to myself, “Self, you really should lower your ARC, that hair is 2000 all by itself.”  So I took off my hair and set to dressing to lower my ARC (not to 1, this wasn’t a challenge) to below 200.  After a little trying on of different styles, I chose the Cake hair style which was low in ARC.
