I did not know our blog was read by goblins, but it is. One of them even volunteered as guest stylist with all her goblin-ey goodness. So, gracing our pages again is the ungrinchified goblin Mae Tabak. According to the Uncyclopedia, Goblins like boggy areas so I thought it the fens at Zone might be a good place to shoot so we headed off to Zone where the giants walk. I figured if they got feisty, having a goblin around might be an asset. Mae was seasonally festive in a red and black dress from Sn@tch – the store where all the most discerning goblins shop. The textures are rich and the dress has those details that show care and imagination like the row of embellishment right under the bodice and the gracefully curving lines that flatter.
Elllllllooooooooo!!!!!!!! Happy Monday!! This week is so going to be a short one for me!! This is one of my 4 posts you will see this week cause as of Thursday evening.. I am on vacation and have a friend coming to town.. soooo no blogs for me for about 2 weeks.. BUT! onto my LOTD shall we? She passed away about 2 months ago in a car wreck… She was so young and so sweet.. and is missed by everyone that knew her.. So todays LOTD I dedicate to her using her fav colors Pink and Purple.. As we continue to drink from the well of spring releases at Baiastice, I gotta admit this is in my top two faves of her new line. It’s so fantastically floral and retro inspired without any of the kitsch that can come with it.
Ok Ok Ok, I like kitsch – but someone who can pull the look off without it – you haz my admiration. Plus you know, it’s pink and purple which in my world = WIN.
The cutaways at the waistline had me confused at first seeing them on the vendor – I thought she’d modeled them on a freakishly skinny avatar. D’oh! But no, they are designed to make sure that you are glad your avatar does her crunches.
Big hair is always in style somewhere. TAKE THAT HATERS!
