Fall's Fancy

posted by Gidge Uriza

Laynie Link had a tremendous sale a few weeks ago, where she got rid of a lot of her older fashions to make room for new pieces.  I took advantage and had to expand all of my closets because of it, I tell you. This beautiful fall colored set – Hibiscus Dreams – is separates so you can pick up the skirt or shirt or both. Where can you get them? Both are still available on ONREZ lucky girls.

The skirt has a texture like crushed silk, it’s lovely and has a beautiful swaying action when you walk…..very delicate and lady like. Continue reading

In the middle of a shoot the other night Cajsa and I both got the group notice that there was about to be a fashion show – in approximately 30 minutes. Calling on the Classics

And what could be more classic than a lovely plaid skirt, an oxford-cloth shirt and a cardigan. This stunningly well-made shirt is from Muism – and the prim parts fit flawlessly with just a tiny bit of adjustment. With it, I wore the Irelyn Houndstooth scarf to match the fabric in the Vogart skirt.

The skirt is from Vogart and as always is a perfectly made a-ling prim skirt.  I wish Vogart made more skirts because Vogart skirts are the most well-made I have. They simply look perfect everytime. The cardigan is from Frangipani Designs – a simple classic with classic good looks. Continue reading

Feeling Naughty in the Moonlight

Eshi Otawara of Chambre du Chocolat is incapable of making a boring dress – and Moonlight is no exception. Moonlight is a delightfully naughty gown, baring a sinuous strip of flesh all the way down the body while curving discreetly to follow the body’s curves and cover everything essential, A deep rich tea, it is highlighted with brighter teal accents along the curve.
