I was really happy to see Rhapzody Wilde back in action, after months of silence. I’ve got this notecard from Mynerva group and thought ( well…I might have said it LOUD ) “Hang on…Mynerva?!?! Woohoo!”. So yeah, she’s back with great group gifts, a delicious taste of her new skin line that will be released soon and, obviously, I can’t wait!!!

While hanging around the store and enjoying the skin, I received a notecard from [Sheep Door] announcing that, in order to celebrate their anniversary, they put out one colour of their new release – a super cute school uniform in both female and male versions – on the lucky boards, so I had to teleport over and have a look. The shop was, and still is, very crowded, everyone was there to stalk the lucky boards, so I decided to stay a few minutes and wait for my letter to show up and, in case I got tired of waiting, I would have bought the outfit. Yes, in one way or another, I would have got that school uniform because it’s one of the cutest uniforms I’ve ever seen.
At some point the O showed up and I got the prize. Yay!

To complete the look I chose the “Heavy Reader” hair from Clawtooth, available at Collabor88 , an awesome hairstyle (I liiiike those glasses!) which goes well with the whole look, and the “Varsity Kicks” from Miel.

As you might have noticed, I went to Kowloon to take a few snaps and the poses from AUSHKA & CO were just what I needed: they’re such cool poses, very well made, and add even more cuteness to the look and the snaps. I didn’t know the store Jack Spoon until I saw this dress for Back to Black – the mental health awareness event that is currently hosted by Chic Management. The print is a wild Versace-esque print with a lace inset on the bodice. With the long sleeves and the high collar, there are references to modesty which take on a cheeky wit when balanced with that cutout bodice and short skirt.

I pulled out the Flutter boots from Lassitude and Ennui again. They are totally one my list of the best finds of the Black to Black event and will probably be showing up again and again.

Simple, but bold earrings from Kunglers and this super-cheeky updo from Truth reflect the easy comfort and cheekiness of the dress.

The skin is also a great Back to Black find. From Idiosyncrasy, it’s called Imogen and has a great dusting of freckles.

I rezzed a house in the sky above my real house to shoot some furniture for Collabor88 a few weeks ago. And then, I never took it down. I’m starting to think of it as my vacation home.

I can go there and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mainland sky, and read a book and just be mellow Gidge which is a pretty good thing to do.

After I got the bedroom suit for Collabor88 from Trompe Loeil I knew the house was going to stay, it’s a perfect cozy addition. And like last time, the bed and side table are for sale together for only 88L – seriously, I love this bed, the textures are really rich and beautiful.

And it comes with a magical book that your fingers will go right thru. MAGIC I tell you.

The fireplace is also from Trompe Loeil and if you are making the switch to mesh mesh mesh this is a great furniture store to start with I’m loving the look and feel of it.

And I give it a thumbs up for naptime.

The bed and side table are avail at Collabor88 for 88L and the crowds have probably thinned considerably so RUN. The fireplace is available at the Mainstore of Trompe Loeil.
