Well, now that the tutorial is out of the way, I can actually work on today’s post. I am wearing the Edye hat and coat from Baiastice for Cinema! With its name and its mod style, I am assuming it’s inspired by Edie Sedgwick, the inimitable muse of Andy Warhol and Sixties style icon. It’s also very yellow. With my head already thinking Sixties, my very next thought was of the song Big Yellow Taxi.
Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know what you want ’til it’s gone?
Thinking taxis as I was, I decided on the fabulous black and white patent ankle boots from Kunglers. I also put a fun pop art black and white texture on my white box that I shoot in. It’s not Warholian, but I am sure he would approve.
The retro earrings from Maxi Gossamer continue the pop art aesthetic. I wore a short, close cut from Dura that I made a copy of before editing. The SLink hands are such a great asset in shooting and posing.
I remembered I had a skin with Twiggy makeup from that era and did a search, finding this PXL Creations Dafne. I beleive it was a group gift.
