Don’t you just love those briliant bursts of light peeking through the clouds, setting the world ablaze with light? I do and it’s one of the reason I really like the Barcelona Windlight setting that is one of the built-in settings on the Linden viewer. It’s late in the day, a bit cloudy and then there’s the fire of the late day sun. And nothing lights up a cloudy day like a burst of color – color as vibrant and hot as the brilliant print in Goodbye, Summer, a new release from Gizza.
I appreciate that Gizza is wise enough to know that mesh, while perfect for tight body-hugging gowns, is not yet the answer for long flowing gowns. Aside from the static cling on the legs, mesh does not flow and flutter. Perhaps someone will combine mesh with flexi in an awe-inspiring leap forward in fashion derring-do, but at the moment, flexi is still the best option for a gown that flutters in the breeze, moving with your movement and dancing with the wind. I am glad to see designers sticking to old-school methods when they are best for the purpose.
I added big, bold jewelry from Kunglers blazing with the colors of the rainbow. The hair is a new updo from Elikatira that I picked up at Collabor88.
The skin and makeup are from the newest release from PXL Creations – Faith. This is the light tan version of the skin. All skin tones have been released in the store.
