I love the fabric in the Adima dress from Baiastice. The black on brown print gives the dress a hint of bygone eras juxtaposed with the modern form of the dress with its short skirt of multiple layers of ruffles, netting and poufs.
I went to Rouge Forest which has no red as far as I can see to shoot my pictures. I like its duotone minimalism with the dress. The shoes are from MiaMai’s recent venture into showmaking – the Deco Milena shoes – that she debuted at Shoe Fair.
The dress comes with a collar scarf that I removed because it conflicted with the necklace that I wanted to wear. It’s from Dark Mouse most recent release for June and I love how it ties in the back.
The jewelry from Dark Mouse is called Belle Epoque which is somewhat fitting considering the dress fabric could have been worn in the Belle Epoque. Definitely not Belle Epoque in style is the new hair from Exile called Nina. A short stylish cut, it’s a totally modern look. So is the makeup from Dutch Touch – the recently released Keet line.
