Flower Fever

I love the name of this lovely gown from LaLei. It’s called Flower Fever and it certainly ups the temperature on flowers, doesn’t it? I love the impressionistic flowers in the skirt and bodice and am reminded in subtle ways of Van Gogh’s wonderful paintings.

It’s a lovely ball gown and one that comes with different skirt options, though I chose the most flamboyant. You cannot see the shoes, but they are the aptly named Saffron shoes from Lelutka in a vibrant orange.

To add to the fever pitch of this outfit, I chose the volcanic fires of the alaMood Alkahi Inferno jewelry set.

The hair is from KMH – which until this weekend I thought of as only a furniture store. Gidge sent me a LM to check it out again and sure enough – some adorable new hair styles were there along with the furnishing. They don’t make a red, but it’s mod so I tinted the light brown hair.

The skin is a new release from Amacci called Felicia. It comes in several tones – including this lovely Fresh tone. Each tone has sixteen makeups – and from this exemplar, you can see the makeup is subtly and skillfully done.
