I am not feeling full of the hearts and flowers sentimentality of Valentine’s Day this year, but I do recognize that it always inspires a lot of fun and creative designs and most importantly, an excuse to party. I have not been feeling too well this week so I have not stayed online long enough to do anything more than shoot some pictures. So no partying for me, but if I had been in the mood for a party last night, I would definitely have worn this dress.
This bright arctic white would have stood out in a room of what surely would have been a sea of pink and red ball gowns. It is elegantly designed and so flattering, fitting close where it needs to be close and exploding in tulle froth where it can add grace and romance. The skirt prims move beautifully, falling with slow grace into place as you move. The length is perfect and even better, the fullness of the skirt goes back, not forward, so you can dance close with your loved one without your skirt obscuring his entire bottom half.
From the front and the back, you can see how well-balanced the dress is in its combination of slim body-hugging elements and the romantic frills and froth.
A beautiful Lelutka makeup, some sleek hair from Gritty Kitty and a magnificent jewelry set from Sigma and I was ready for dancing. Oh, if you go to Sigma to look for the jewelry, be prepared to hunt all over the building. The first two main rooms are pretty empty, with just some posters to let you know you are in the right place. The actual jewelry is in two rooms that are somewhat hidden and quite easily missed. I guess it’s an IQ test to prove you’re worthy to wear the jewelry.
