Variations on a Theme in Purple

The names of classical songs crack me up. With few exceptions, the names are not designed for remembering. Luckily for me, I have some friends who are classical musicians and so have enjoyed more than one conversation where people toss about this “concerto in D Major” and that “concerto in E Major” and seem to know exactly what they are talking about. Now if this outfit were a musical composition, I might call it Variations on a Theme in Purple in A Minor – A as in Aphrodite Creations whose marvelous Perdu dress is the base of this outfit.

That music is so cheerful it makes me jump for joy – which lets me show of the gorgeous shoes from Baiastice that are definitely variations on a theme in purple – in B sharp.

The cardigan is from BOOM. She dropped a blue and a purple one on me, but they are so great I popped over and picked up the fat pack because I know I will get a lot of use out of them and the color range is fabulous.  The pics are all in a little photo box complete with wall poses from Behavior Body.

The necklace is from Atelier AM – a jewelry store inside Den Dou. The bangles are from Aphrodite Creations and the hair is Mirone.

The makeup is from Staged and this luscious purple shadow completes my variation perfectly.

One of my fave’s is “Variations on a Theme of Paganini”

You know, not any theme in particulary, just “A” theme.

(actually it’s like my favie piece of music) but the title slays
