I love it when Second Life designers decide to work on something together. It’s a testament to the openness of SL Fashion Community and to the freindships and connections people make though Second Life and through their mutual love of fashion. In this case, Leah McCullough of Naive and Mouse Mimistrobell of Dark Mouse produced completementary dresses and jewelry.
I wore the yellow dress, but opted to accent it with the blue color-change jewels from the Dark Mouse jewelry. The shoes are one of the many new releases from Stiletto Moody. These new releases are easier to color match and come with more initial options. They also allow you to adjust the ankle size for better fitting.
The dress comes with two options for the degree of movement in the prim skirt. Additionally, the prim skirt can be attached to the chest or spine. Likewise, the necklace has two iterations – one to attach to the chest and one for the spine. I love that designers are making that bit of extra effort that makes fitting so much easier for their customers.
The hair is from Miau Haus – a darling frothy confection that seemed ideal for the lighthearted frothy dress and jewelry. You just touch the headband to change the pattern. The skin is LAQ’s new April – and suits the mood exactly.
