Hee Haw or I wasn't kidding about the boots.

Normally I would wait and post this in the morning, but since I have shown you Miffy in these old lace up boots in black, I thought you would enjoy the funny coincidence that we were both wearing the same boots, but in completely different styles. After a trip to magi take, I could not resist showing off my finds – especially since it reminds me of cleaning out the cow barn at my uncle’s dairy farm. This may be TMI, but I assure you it’s much more pleasant shoveling straw and manure than washing down the milk off the floor in the milking shed.

Okay, back to magi take. That’s where I picked up the overall and the gingham shirt. I bought both of them in fat packs. I challenge you to resist the fat pack option at this store. The shirts were 10L, but the fat pack was 35L. I don’t remember the exact price of everything, just that it was temptingly low and took all my restraint not to buy out the entire store. There was a fat pack of leather jackets that I pride myself on resisting because I already have leather jackets in those colors, but man, when the prices are so low it’s hard not to buy everything even things you don’t need.

Now if you have been to SteinWerk, you could be forgiven for thinking they only make watches, but look around a bit and you will find this fab necklace and bracelets. The hair is from INDI and comes with the hat. It’s a man’s hat, but it came with three sizes so the small one required almost no modding – actually just tinting the hair because it comes only in blonde, brown and black hair.

Now, I am not a food on the face sort of person, though I have no objections to anyone who wants to go that route. However, it really is pleasant to chew on a nice fresh piece of grass. To be a stickler, this is a bit ripe for chewing. I always prefer the greener grass, gone to seed, yes, but not ready to blow. I do have to tell you though that one day on the street I saw a man crossing the street with a sandwich, carrying it in his mouth just like a fashionista. So now you know, it happens.

The skin is the fantastic Elizabeth skin from blowpop’s infinity line. Now seriously, look at those freckles not just on the nose but even on the chest, the clear skin and glossy lips and the fresh, healthy glow. This is Rebecca of Sunnybrook farm grown up skin.

You just brought back memories of what my father used to tell me; he grew up on a family farm with a cow, and used to do the routine of milking Bessie and feeding the cats at the same time. I’ve never seen it done in real life, but I have seen movies of someone with a lot of experience squirting the cats that way while hand-milking.
