When I looked in my clothing folder this morning I saw a lonely little jacket not in a folder, but sitting there all alone and loose. I recognized the name and realized it was one that I bought Humby Designs on my shopping spree. I just came without a folder and so I decided to make an outfit around it – the one you see above. It’s a great outfit. Still, gray plaid jacket and an autumn look is pretty predictable, isn’t it? So…for fun…I decided to take that simple jacket and style one outfit for each season.

For this I chose a brown plaid skirt from SPICA, stocking from League and ankle boots from Courtisane – building the outfit off that pastel thread woven into the grey plaid. For more detailed photos of the jewelry, skin and clothing, see the set on Fall Flickr Set.

For winter, the key element was the Samaria hair/scarf from Runo Runo. Then I decided to push that pastel weave toward the mauve end and went with a purple tweed skirt from Baiastice, a purple sweater from Persona, gloves from Bliensen & MaiTai and Kensington Boots from Tesla. For spring I chose a satin gingham skirt from Aoharu, flats from Shiny Things and a perfect candy colored necklace and earrings. For more detail, see the Spring Flickr Set.

For summer, I put on a bikini from Bare Rose with a pink and black plaid perfectly coordinated to the jacket.
