What do you call a dress that is almost free?

So…I am wandering around the Best of Italian Design sim – popping in to test a store SLUrl I added to the directory – and discovered OC: Orage Creations and dropped everything I was doing just to enjoy the marvelously surreal designs. Although most were priced about average for high fashion gowns, there were two dresses indistinguishable from the others in quality, but marked down without fanfare to 10 and 20L. I snapped them up and decided to share the wealth by spreading the word. The first one I put together with MiaSnow’s magnificently eccentric Wild Woman Hair – a magic chair gift. She kindly set the chair to 5 minutes, so it won’t take you all day to win. I thought the wild span of the hair and the wild black plumage at the top of the dress was a nice pairing.

This give you a better look at the magnificent plumage at the top of the dress and better answers why I went and camped out at MiaSnow waiting for the C to come up. Now, the dress doesn’t come exactly as shown. The cream undershirt visible in the top photo is from Muism’s Romantic Lace Dress as are the gloves. Storm Schmooz’ Desir de Noir have the restrained elegance with the pop of spirit to match the mood of the dress.

This is the second dress and for its wild hat, I had to lose the wild hair–going for the more restrained Gillian from Truth. The dress is not restrained at all and I chose the d’orsay shoes from Stiletto Moody to push the dress to the naughty side, though how a 10L dress could ever be called naughty is beyond me.

Here you can see the wild abandon of the hat – and the Kraftika jewelry I chose for this dress. The jewelry for the other is also Kraftika. They are always who first comes to mind when I am looking for modern, avant garde and high fashion.

I wore MiaSnow’s Dahlia skin – the sultry with the wild woman hair and the starlet with the wild woman hat. I love this skin – too dramatic, too tragic for everyday, but for something special, it cannot be bested.  More photos are available on Flickr

lol, yes, it is. In listing everything I forgot that I put some bangs on from one of my hairs with bangs. It was from Bewitched but I don’t recall what bangs they were. Otherwise the hair looks a bit too lolita for me.
